Using Astracella products

By accessing this website or puchasing an Astracella product, you agree to these Terms of Use.

All Astracella products, templates, designs, graphics, written content, branding, and other original materials are owned by Astracella or used under appropriate license and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product according to the terms provided with it. You are purchasing permission to use the product, not ownership of Astracella’s underlying design, content, or intellectual property.
Products may be used for your personal use or within your own business, where applicable.
You may customize editable products for your own permitted use.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, reproduce for resale, give away, publish, upload, or otherwise make Astracella files available to others, whether in their original or modified form.
You may not purchase an Astracella template or product, make minor or substantial changes, and then sell or distribute the template, workbook, file, or derivative version as your own product.

You may not remove Astracella branding or copyright information for the purpose of redistributing, reselling, or presenting an Astracella product as your own.
Product descriptions, features, formats, prices, and availability may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.
Astracella may restrict access to the website, an account, or purchased content when there is evidence of fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, redistribution, chargeback abuse, or other violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.
Astracella products are provided for general informational, planning, and organizational purposes only and are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.
Use of this website and purchase of Astracella products are also subject to any applicable Privacy Policy, Digital Product Policy, and Return or Refund Policy presented at checkout or elsewhere on the website.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS POLICY

Please review before purchasing

Because Astracella primarily sells digital products, customers should understand exactly what they're purchasing before checkout.

Digital products may include PDFs, editable documents, spreadsheets, templates, planners, trackers, checklists, and other downloadable files.
The exact file type, included materials, and any applicable software requirements will be identified on each product page.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, file format, software requirements, compatibility information, and included contents before purchasing.
Some products may require third-party software or services, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, a PDF reader, or Canva, when clearly stated in the product description.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product does not include custom design, customization, printing, physical delivery, installation, or one-on-one assistance.
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the account or email used to complete the purchase.
Colors, formatting, fonts, functionality, or appearance may vary slightly depending on the device, software, printer, screen, settings, or software version used.
Astracella may occasionally update, revise, or improve its digital products. Purchasing a product does not automatically guarantee access to every future version, redesign, upgrade, or separately released product unless specifically stated.
Customers may not share, transfer, distribute, or provide others with access to their download links, files, account, or Astracella Library.
Digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s permitted use only and remain subject to Astracella’s Terms & Conditions and intellectual-property restrictions.

DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

Astracella digital products are licensed, not sold. Purchasing or downloading an Astracella digital product grants the original purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal use or internal business use, subject to the terms below.

Permitted Use

You may:

Use the purchased product for your own personal purposes or for the internal operations of your business.
Enter, edit, and manage your own information within editable products.
Save reasonable backup copies for your own use.
Use information, calculations, reports, plans, or other results you create through the product for your own personal or business purposes.
If the product is purchased by a business, allow authorized personnel within that same purchasing business to use the product solely for that business's internal operations.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

Share, forward, distribute, give away, or provide copies of an Astracella product to another person or business.
Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer an Astracella product.
Upload or post the product to a website, shared drive, file-sharing service, marketplace, membership library, course, social media group, online community, or other location where others may access or download it.
Provide the original or editable product files to clients, customers, friends, family members, other businesses, or other third parties.
Remove, obscure, or alter Astracella copyright notices, branding, license notices, or other proprietary markings.
Copy, reproduce, modify, repackage, or create substantially similar products for the purpose of resale, redistribution, or commercial distribution.
Claim an Astracella product, its original content, or its design as your own.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of Astracella's underlying intellectual property or grant permission to redistribute the product.

Unless otherwise stated, original content and materials included in Astracella digital products are owned by Astracella, operated by ARC Enterprise Holdings LLC, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

License Violations

Astracella reserves the right to revoke access to a digital product when there is reasonable evidence that the product has been redistributed, resold, shared, or otherwise used in violation of these license terms.

These license terms are intended to protect Astracella's digital products while allowing legitimate customers to use their purchases normally for personal or internal business purposes.

REFUND POLICY

Digital purchases are generally final sale

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately and cannot be physically returned, Astracella generally does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital products once access has been provided.

Astracella sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped, so there are no physical returns.
Because digital products may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases after access has been provided, failure to review the product description, or deciding that a product is no longer needed.
Refunds are generally not provided for compatibility issues when the required file format, software, device requirements, or other compatibility information were clearly disclosed before purchase.
If you receive the wrong file, are charged more than once for the same purchase, receive a corrupted or defective file, or experience a verified technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us for assistance.

When possible, Astracella may first attempt to replace the file, correct the issue, or restore access before issuing a refund.
In limited circumstances, Astracella may approve a refund when we determine it is appropriate.
Any refund issued outside of a legal requirement is made at Astracella’s discretion and does not create an obligation to provide the same remedy in other circumstances.
Refunds, when approved, will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
