BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD
Each Astracella product listing identifies the file type and any software or account required to use it. Please review these requirements before purchasing. PDF files are not editable unless specifically described as fillable. Word and Canva products are designed for customization. Excel products require Microsoft Excel and may contain protected formulas that should not be edited.
PDF PRODUCTS

WORD PRODUCTS
• Download the PDF file to your device.
• Open it using Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download recommended).
• PDF products cannot be edited or redesigned.
• If the PDF is fillable, click any highlighted fillable field to type your information.
• Fillable fields allow you to enter information, but the document design, text, and layout cannot be changed.
• Save your completed file: File > Save As and choose a new name.
• Print your PDF by selecting File > Print.
• Choose “Actual Size” or “100%” in your print settings for best results.
• Download the Excel file to your computer or device.
• Microsoft Excel is required to use Astracella Excel products as designed.
• Open the file in Microsoft Excel.
• Select “Enable Editing” if prompted.
• Enter your information in the designated input cells only.
• Do not edit protected calculation cells or formulas. They are set up to perform calculations for you.
• Excel products may include formulas, calculators, trackers, dashboards, or automated features.
• Save a new copy before you begin: File > Save As.
• Download the Word file to your computer or device.
• Microsoft Word is required to open and edit Word products as designed.
• Open the file in Microsoft Word.
• Word products are editable.
• Edit text, replace placeholder information, and customize the editable areas as needed.
• Save your completed file by selecting File > Save As.
• You can print directly from Word or export your finished document to PDF: File > Save As > PDF (.pdf).

PRINTING TIPS
CANVA PRODUCTS
• A free Canva account is required to open and edit Astracella Canva templates.
• Open the Canva template using the link provided with your purchase.
• The template will open in your Canva account so you can create your own copy.
• Canva templates are editable. Customize text, colors, photos, and other editable design elements as needed.
• Some Canva features or design elements may require Canva Pro. If a product requires Canva Pro, this will be clearly stated before purchase.
• When finished, download your design in the file format that works best for you, such as PDF, PNG, or JPG.
• Your original Astracella template remains unchanged while you work from your own copy.
Resources include checklists, reference sheets, planners, guides, and other helpful downloads.
• Download the resource files to your device.
• Open and save the file according to the file type provided.
• Resources may be provided as PDF, Word, Excel, Canva, or another clearly identified format.
• Check the product listing before purchasing to see whether a resource is editable.
• Use resources digitally, as a reference, or print them when appropriate.
• Resources are for your personal or business use and may not be resold or redistributed.
Tools may include calculators, trackers, interactive spreadsheets, and other practical tools.
• Download the tool to your device or access it using the instructions provided.
• Check the product listing for any software or account requirements before downloading.
• Read any instructions included with the tool before entering your information.
• Enter your information only in the designated input areas.
• Do not alter protected formulas or calculation cells.
• Let the tool perform the calculations or tracking for you.
• Save a separate copy if you would like to reuse the original tool.
• For best results, print on standard letter-size 8.5 × 11 in. paper unless otherwise noted.
• Choose “Actual Size” or “100%” in your printer settings.
• For at-home printing, use high-quality paper for a more polished result.
• Colors may vary slightly between your screen and printed copy depending on your monitor, printer, ink, and paper.
• For a professional finish, you may also use a local or online print shop.
